In life it is always easy to give examples, if you are not the one who has to implement them exactly as for the example…!
Yet it is very difficult to be the example of what you intend planing to get others to do well, exactly as for the example…!
If you can’t demonstrate and do what you need others to accomplish, then it will not be right exactly as the example…!
Whatever you expect others to perform in doing, you should be able to do it correctly and exactly as for the example…!
Easy to say, but difficult to set the Example.
